Rachael Adams

Rachael started Pole with Pole Rocks when we first opened in Coulsdon. From her first day you could see she was strong, I remember thinking she was going to go far and I’m so proud she has gone on to be apart of the Pole Rocks Team.

Rachael comes from a gymnastics background, She used to compete when she was younger and had to work hard for her flexibility! Growing up, like Sam, she enjoyed lots of team sports and Netball. Since joining Pole, Rachael likes to keep an active Lifestyle. She goes to the gym when not training Pole and aims to maintain aerobic fitness and build more lean muscle. She is extremely passionate about fitness and is interested in how the body works, learning more in depth about the anatomy and muscular systems.

Rachael really is an incredible teacher, she has taken to teaching so naturally and I’m seeing improvements every week. She is always looking to create fun and exciting lesson plans that help her students get the most from their lessons to make them strong with fantastic technique. She keeps a close eye on them and tracks their progress and development every step of the way. We are very excited to see what the future holds for Rachael.

As well as keeping fit, Rachael has confessed to LOVING food, lazy Sunday's, Avocado and once again MUSCLES!! She very much dislikes fruit, and hates to be demotivated. – This explains a lot!
