Pole Rocks Assistants

An assistant intructor is trained up to teach in the exact same way the Class Instructors are, specifically to take care of beginners. All Pole Rocks instructors and assistants complete intensive teacher training before they are allowed to start teaching. Carefully selected, assistants and teachers are put through their paces making sure their technique is perfect to be able to teach students good safe practice and correct technique in moves. They follow the Pole Rocks lesson plans to make sure you get the most out of your lesson, which was created by Sam with strength, fitness and all benefits of pole in mind.

Assistant Instructors have been trained to teach up to 2 poles or up to 4 people at 1 time, Whilst 2-5 other certified and first aid trained instructors are running the class. Focusing on each students needs to progress their development.

All Instructors and Assistant Instructors train weekly and attend Instructor training sessions monthly even after completing the Pole Rocks Intensive instructor training programme. This not only helps our instructors to help you, but it keeps our Pole Rocks instructors at the highest quality and safety of teaching.

All Instructors on our Instructors page have completed their Pole Fitness Certifications.

There is always 2 to 5 certified Instructors who are First Aid Trained available at all times.

She has her own beautiful style, she is such a bubbly lovely person and students (and myslef) absolutly love her! She has great experience from her dance background as has something special to offer our team. She has recently got into Figure weight training and has already one some awards!

Flo teaches at Coulsdon 6.15pm.
Flo is honestly one of the best pole buddies you can find! She trains alongside Paris and brings such a great vibe and sense of humour to the classses. She is a Hairdresser by trade and we love to see what creations she makes! She really loves teaching beginners and working on her fitness inside and out of pole.

Steph teaches at Epsom 6.15pm. Steph started with Pole Rocks after regularly attending another studio. She had her first lesson with us and I loved her from the start. I am so proud of how much Steph has changed and acheived in the time she has been with us, and she is truley one of the best students to teach. She spreads so much positive energy and joy in every single class and that now translates to her teaching. I cant wait to teach her every week!
